						The Selters Spa is situated in specious woodlands on the slopes of the mount of Kosmaj, 46 km south-east of Belgrade with highway and a main road leading to it. The Surcin airport is 55 km away. The climate is very pleasant, and the spa is well known for its greenery and fresh air. Cultural and historic monuments and excellent recreational grounds are situated close by. Tradition of the Selters Spa goes far back to 1898 when a mineral water with medicinal properties was discovered at this location. Organized activities of spa treatment and rehabilitation have been intensively pursued in the seventies, when most of the facilities were built. The organizational unit merged with the Institute in 1989.
				The capacity is 422 beds. The comprehensive care is provided by 43 physicians, 85 physiotherapists and 101 nurses. In the facilities of the Selters Spa rehabilitation services are provided to over 6000 in-patients each year. In addition to the in-patient ward, the organizational unit comprises, a modern hotel with double and three-bed rooms, dining room for 200 persons and an exquisite banquet hall, as well. There is also a pool with warm water in the hotel.
